1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Odentiva, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms may be updated; continued use implies acceptance of the current version.
2. Service description
Odentiva is practice management software for dental clinics offering, among other features, scheduling, patient management, clinical history, a digital odontogram and multi-clinic administration. The service is provided as a web application, with no local installation.
3. Accounts and user responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date, and immediately report any unauthorized use.
4. Plans and payments
Odentiva offers a free plan with usage limits and paid plans with additional features. Prices may vary by region and may change with prior notice. Non-payment may result in suspension of access to paid features.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Odentiva in accordance with the law and not to attempt to breach the platform's security, access other organizations' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways that affect its operation.
6. Patient data and privacy
Each clinic is the controller of its patients' data; Odentiva acts as a data processor and processes such data solely to provide the service. Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The Odentiva software, brand and content are owned by Odentiva or its licensors. The data you upload to the platform remains yours; you grant us only the permissions necessary to operate the service.
8. Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Odentiva will not be liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
9. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue features of the service. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, we will provide a reasonable way to export your data according to the options available in the platform.
